選泵要點

1. 首先應(yīng)根據(jù)油品的粘度選擇適當?shù)谋棉D(zhuǎn)速，以保證泵的（NPSH）r能滿足用戶的實際吸入條件。

2. 介質(zhì)粘度V＞760mm2/s時，請與我廠，我廠幫助用戶先泵。

3. 從性能表中選定泵的規(guī)格及相應(yīng)粘度下的壓力流量后，可以查到泵的軸功率N，選定配套電機功率Nm時應(yīng)功率備量。

4. 材料的選擇

①輸送柴油、重油（燃料油），泵套用錫青銅。

②輸送潤滑油、液壓油，泵套用灰鑄鐵、球鐵、錫青銅。
