1）水簾包冰衣機(jī)主要使用于凍結(jié)后的水產(chǎn)品，根據(jù)需要在凍結(jié)后的水產(chǎn)品表面鍍一層冰衣，以保持水產(chǎn)品表面光亮且容易保持水產(chǎn)品內(nèi)的水分不易流失；

2）水簾包冰衣工作原理：速凍后的水產(chǎn)品內(nèi)蘊(yùn)藏一定的冷量，在包冰衣機(jī)中循環(huán)有低溫冷水（冷水的溫度在0～1℃），在水產(chǎn)品到達(dá)包冰衣機(jī)中時(shí)，水產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部的冷量迅速釋放將包冰衣機(jī)中的冰水迅速凍結(jié)在水產(chǎn)品表面，從而達(dá)到包冰衣的目的；

3）水簾包冰衣機(jī)根據(jù)凍品不同，設(shè)計(jì)不同深度的水位；

4）水簾包冰衣機(jī)采用片冰（是片冰）或塊冰來維持水溫，不需要單獨(dú)增加冷源；

5）水簾包冰衣機(jī)采用1套獨(dú)立的水系統(tǒng)，用來水與冰的融合、循環(huán)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)上水簾。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)低溫水循環(huán)以及水簾包冰的目的；

6）水簾包冰衣機(jī)配置有加冰冰筐水箱，便于加冰，在生產(chǎn)完成后將冰筐取出，可節(jié)約剩余的冰，而且便于設(shè)備清洗；

7）水簾包冰衣機(jī)與人工包冰衣比較具有包冰率穩(wěn)定、包冰衣均勻、節(jié)約人力、節(jié)約水、冰等優(yōu)點(diǎn)；

8）水簾包冰衣機(jī)所有管路系統(tǒng)均采用食品級(jí)快裝管件，方便拆卸、清洗；

9）主要使用于一次包冰率不高的產(chǎn)品；

1.Ice package machine is mainly used for frozen aquatic products. A layer of ice will be formed around the surface of frozen products in order to maintain brightness and keep moisture of the products;

2.Working principle of ice package machine: quick-frozen aquatic products contain a certain amount of cold energy and low temperature cold water (0-1℃) circulates inside the machine. When products are fed to the machine, their cold energy will be immediately released to quickly freeze cold water on the surface of products so as to form a layer of ice;

3.Different depth of water level can be designed according to different type of frozen products;

4.The machine uses flake ice (preferred) or block ice to maintain water temperature, so that additional cold source is not required;

5.Ice package machine has a set of separate water system for combination/circulation of incoming water and ice as well as upper water curtain in order to achieve low temperature water circulation and water curtain ice plating;

6.The machine is equipped with an ice box to add ice. Remove ice box after production to save the rest of ice and facilitate cleaning;

7.Compared with manual plating ice machine, ice package machine is featured by stable icing rate, even glazing, manpower saving and water/ice saving

8.Food-grade fast mounting pipes are used for the pipe system of the machine and they are easy to disassemble and clean;
