·上下無絞龍設計:取消了干燥機原上下絞龍結(jié)構,提升機進糧和排糧均采用傾斜溜管,利用谷物自重自由下落,無擠壓破碎。
'Top and bottom no screw conveyor design: The screw conveyors are canceled , input and output of the elevatoradopts instead of the inclined stainless pipe , which makes use of the dead weight of grain to fall freely withoutcrushing.
·前推后拉大風量設計:干燥段配有3臺斜流風機,進風口一臺風機正壓送風.出風口兩臺風機負壓吸風,平衡風量、減少阻力.提高熱風利用率。
·Pull forward and suck backward large air volume design : 3 Sets diagonal blowers at the drying section, onepositive pressure air supply at the air inlet and two negative pressure air suction at the air outlet to balance the airvolume, reduce the resistance and improve the utilization ratio of hot air.
·大干燥段設計:干燥段高度1.6m 以上,兩段組合,強度高不變形,干燥層合理排糧流速穩(wěn)定,干燥均勻,干燥速率較高。
·Higher drying layer design: drying layer higher than 1.6m, and the upper and lower combination of the two sectionshas high strength and no deformation, reasonable drying layer design with grain discharge velocity stability , uniformdrying, drying rate is higher efficiently .
·單獨除塵設計:在提升機頭部設有單獨除塵風機和管道,能及時帶走糧食在循環(huán)過程中的灰塵和輕雜質(zhì)等,使谷物更加干凈,加工間內(nèi)的灰塵大大減少,提高了作業(yè)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境質(zhì)量。
·We adopt the separate dust blower and dust pipe,to achieve the satisfied dust removal effect & have betterworking environment.
·自動調(diào)溫控制:進風入口配有關風門和配風門,可根據(jù)設定溫度需要和溫度傳感器測試的溫度,始終控制熱風溫度在設定溫度的土5-7℃范圍內(nèi)。
·Automatically temperature control to assure the hot air temperature at the drying time to achieve high drying quality.
