水泵過流件的防海水腐蝕性能一直是艦船設(shè)備上比較關(guān)注的重要課題，有關(guān)科研院(所)專家以及各設(shè)備制造廠也一直致力于該方面的研究。順達(dá)公司也不例外地在這方面尋求有所突破。通過努力，順達(dá)公司在船用水泵上已應(yīng)用一項(xiàng)可靠的防腐新技術(shù)——金屬研究所的科研成果SEBF重腐蝕防護(hù)技術(shù)。

順達(dá)公司在泵過流件內(nèi)應(yīng)用SEBF重腐蝕防護(hù)技術(shù)，即在泵體內(nèi)流道、泵蓋內(nèi)壁、葉輪流道表面上噴涂SEBF系列涂層，覆蓋防腐性能較弱的基體，達(dá)到防腐的目的。

SEBF是熔融結(jié)合環(huán)氧涂層技術(shù)的代名。該技術(shù)包括涂料、涂裝工藝和涂裝設(shè)備三方面。

The sea water corrosion resistance for wet parts of water pump is always an important subject concerned for ship equipment and relevant scientific research institutes, experts and equipment manufacturers have been focusing on the research in this field all the time. Unexceptionally, Shunda Company is also seeking for a breakthrough in this field. Thanks to our efforts, Shunda Company has applied a reliable new anticorrosion technology on marine pumps --- SEBF severe corrosion prevention technology --- the latest achievement in scientific research of Institute of Metal Research under Chinese Academy of Sciences

Shunda Company applies SEBF severe corrosion prevention technology on wet parts of pump for corrosion prevention, if spray SEBF series coating on the surface of passages in pump, in wall of pump cover and impeller passage to cover the base material with poor anticorrosion property.

SEBF is for super epoxy bond fusion technology. This technology includes paint, painting process and painting equipment.
