直排篩是XZS系列旋振篩的特殊設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)形式，它可以根據(jù)處理量大小而選擇采用雙振動(dòng)電機(jī)或者單振動(dòng)電機(jī)，小型篩機(jī)一般都用單臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)，當(dāng)要求物料處理量比較大的篩機(jī)時(shí)，將兩臺(tái)型號(hào)相同的臥式振動(dòng)電機(jī)對(duì)稱(chēng)安裝在篩機(jī)兩側(cè)，通過(guò)調(diào)整它們的激振力大小來(lái)改變物料在篩面上的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡，進(jìn)而達(dá)到篩分各種物料的目的.直排篩主要用于粉體生產(chǎn)線工藝流程中的粉體的除雜,篩松作用。
