德國威浦曼（Wippermann）公司成立于1893年，最初是致力于生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)的自行車和摩托車鏈條，至今仍然是世界上自行車和摩托車行業(yè)鏈條的供應(yīng)商。現(xiàn)在的產(chǎn)品已延伸至整個工業(yè)領(lǐng)域，不僅包括鏈條（滾子鏈、輸送鏈、板式鏈、彎板鏈）、鏈輪、還有其專業(yè)的鏈條工具和附件。產(chǎn)品破斷載荷，極限拉伸能力，疲勞極限等所有參數(shù)指標均高于DIN標準。同時推出的免維護系列鏈條，該鏈條滾子與套筒之間有的高分子復(fù)合材料，能夠減少滾子與套筒之間的摩擦，并且內(nèi)外鏈板經(jīng)過的熱處理工藝，極大的改善和增加了鏈條的抗拉伸能力，增強了產(chǎn)品的使用壽命。WIPPERMANN已成為代表鏈條和鏈輪產(chǎn)品技術(shù)品質(zhì)的標志，是高品質(zhì)傳動系統(tǒng)的。

Sprockets for double pitch roller chains according to DIN 8181 (ISO 1275)

Sprockets for double pitch roller chains are available in a single or double-toothed design. Single-toothed sprockets for double pitch roller chains have the same behaviour as standard sprockets for roller chains according to DIN 8187 (ISO 606). Due to the larger chain pitch of double pitch roller chains it is possible to increase durability by toothing modifications.

Double-toothed sprockets are offered either in full or in half tooth steps. Full tooth steps are double-toothed so that only a part of the teeth is used effectively. The advantage is that when the chain is exchanged the so far unutilised teeth can be used then, and the sprockets can remain in the system.
In order to increase the life cycle of a chain drive even more, sprockets can be manufactured with half tooth steps. With every rotation the chain joints move one tooth ahead in the meshing. This reduces the wear of the chain and the tooth edges. This kind of toothing is often used when, due to the respective design, only minor deflections(偏向) can be realised.
Our sprockets and plate sprockets are made of C 45, stainless steel, and special materials with a material strength of between 500 N/mm2 and 600 N/mm2. Apart from hardened toothing, we also supply surface treated types.
Double pitch roller chains are manufactured according to the respective order and customers’ specifications.
